The Czech Republic hosts a strong concentration of automotive-related business activities, amongst others due to its proximity to (German) original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers, skilled workforce and network of service suppliers. The country therefore is one of the most attractive locations for foreign investors in the automotive industry to serve the European market.
Larive is proud to have supported Groupe Plastivaloire (EPA: PVL), a France-headquartered leading producer of plastic injected components and Filtration Group Corporation, a leading US-headquartered company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of filtration solutions for customers in amongst others the automotive sector, with establishing new (greenfield) manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic.
The unique situation occurred that both manufacturers aligned their goals and selected Panattoni Park Pilsen West as the preferred location for a build-to-suit facility of 9,300 m² (Plastivaloire) plus 7,300 m² (Filtration Group), under the same roof. Operations have started up mid-2020.
