Pon engaged Larive on multiple occasions to support market entry attempts in several markets in Southeast Asia. Larive provided insight into the relevant aspects of the regulatory environment for the import, distribution and local assembly of passenger cars and identified and screened potential strategic partners. Visiting programs were organised with shortlisted parties and Larive advised on partnership structures (commercial, legal and fiscal aspects).
