Sanorice is a Netherlands-headquartered producer of a wide range of private-label puffed rice, corn and other cereal-based products for the FMCG and discount retail industry. The company engaged Larive to provide business intelligence relevant to the location assessment and prioritisation of its EUR 30 MN investment in a new manufacturing plant in Central Europe (scope: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Romania). Upon selecting Poland as the preferred country for their investment, Larive conducted a guided visiting program to the short-listed greenfield locations and facilitated meetings with local recruitment agencies, industrial real estate brokers, project developers, trade investment agencies and local governmental bodies.
