SCA’s Hygiene Products division (spun off in 2017 and rebranded as Essity) develops, produces and markets personal care products, tissue paper, baby diapers, feminine care incontinence products, compression therapy, orthopaedics and wound care products.
Larive successfully supported SCA Hygiene with the acquisition of 95% of the shares of San Sağlık, a Turkish producer of incontinence products, from MT Group (transaction value SEK 95 MN / US$ 15 MN).
