In several markets in Asia-Pacific, Larive conducted a market assessment to identify the pork value chain (importers, wholesales, processors, distributors and other stakeholders in the market) and a legal study (to identify and gather all required licenses and permits).

In addition, Larive has organised a field visit to meet pre-selected potential distributors and helped Vion acquire all required licenses and certifications to legally import their products in China.
