Luz Business Opportunities SARL agreed to acquire Pizza Pizza, a leading pizza chain in Turkey. Ventura Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Pizza Pizza on the transaction. Established in Izmir/Turkey in 1995, Pizza Pizza is among the leading pizza restaurant chains operating around 150 branches throughout Turkey. The company has its production facilities covering a closed area of 8,000 sqm in Izmir. Established in 2011, Mediterra Capital is a leading private equity firm in Turkey, managing funds of around €300 million. Mediterra Capital portfolio companies include Tavuk Dünyası, Söke Un, Arkel, Glass House, Arzum, ACP Sigorta, Logo Yazılım and Mobiliz.
