Background

Matthias, Director of Larive International, is emerging markets and business development expert, supporting companies with developing and implementing their market entry and growth strategies in high-growth markets, particularly in South and Southeast Asia. He is a trusted advisor to various leading corporates, particularly in agriculture & food, automotive, FMCG, distribution & logistics, energy and water-related industries.

Next to advising private sector clients, Matthias is regularly engaged in consulting assignment by international financing institutions and supervises a number of public-private partnerships, including in Indonesia, Myanmar and Bangladesh.

From 2013 through to 2015 Matthias has been based in our local office in Bangkok.

Matthias has experience working for Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services as a member of their consulting team, before joining Larive in 2011.
