The Culimer Group is active in the international trade and distribution of deep and super frozen fish.

Culimer engaged Larive, on the request of its lender (ABN AMRO), to conduct a financial assessment of the Culimer Group in Dubai and China. Moreover, Larive was tasked with the development of strategic scenarios for the restructuring of a Joint-Venture in Vietnam. These highlighted the implications of each of the scenarios and resulted in the advice to Culimer  to take full control of the JV by taking over the remaining shares.
