Activities

1. Audit operations of feed mill:
   • Efficiency (inputs such as raw materials, energy and water);
   • Production processes & sustainability (grinding, mixing, pelleting, temperature, humidity and output);
   • Product safety (hygiene, cross contamination);
   • Storage conditions.

2. Formulate scenarios to improve operations & provide insight in the potential relevant investments.
3. Provide onsite training (2×5 days) to the staff of Sabas.
4. Share best practices within the Indonesian poultry sector by involving GPMT.
