Frames Group specialises in the design, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of complete (customized) systems for oil and gas treatment. Frames approached Larive because they saw that their Asia management team needed additional managerial and networking capabilities.

Larive suggested establishing a two-member advisory board in Malaysia so that new insights and/or inroads into the bidding process of projects could be facilitated. Larive identified and screened potential candidates and following personal interviews together with the Frames’ management, supported with establishment of the advisory board.
