The Netherlands’s embassy in Kigali is the Netherlands’ representation in Rwanda and invests in the development of the aquaculture sector. ICCO is a Dutch NGO that manages funds for the Dutch embassy.

Larive has been engaged by the Netherlands Embassy and ICCO to conduct a pre-investment feasibility study on fish feed production in Rwanda. The study included a market analysis, financial analysis, long-listing potential investors and fish feed mill design (the later implemented with technical support of Ottevanger Milling Systems, Almex Extruder Techniques, Lakeside Fish Farm)
