Lutèce is the market leader in Europe in processing a broad range of mushroom products.

Lutèce has requested Larive to provide market entry support in selected markets in Asia. The aim was to define the optimal market entry strategy for each country and reduce the time and investment needed to open these markets for export from the production facilities in the Netherlands. Services included identification of potential distributors for Lutèce in the selected countries, advice on the optimal entry strategies for the respective markets by organising guided visit programs and meeting with shortlisted distributors, relevant retailers, food service providers, logistical companies and relevant decision-makers.
