Wavin requested Larive to support with market entry in Indonesia. Larive assisted Wavin in setting up an Indonesian Representative Office to initially launch its presence, a limited liability company for manufacturing purposes and an additional Limited Liability Company (PMA) for performing import and distribution activities. Furthermore, Larive assisted Wavin with registration and other legal matters and liaised with Indonesian government institutions and relevant stakeholders.
